Land Rover Defenders have always been capable of great things. And with the completely updated and redesigned all-new Defender, the brief was to launch the three models - 90, 110 and 130 - and totally reposition the brand for a more premium audience, whilst showcasing the stunning modern design, and demonstrating why it’s the most capable off-road vehicle Land Rover have ever made.

So, we created a rugged and wild island where Defenders roam free and day-to-day driving situations are treated
 to a bit of classic Land Rover wit. Welcome to Above & Beyond land.

Product Focused Films

The global campaign touched every media space. With 3 main films, social ‘why-buy’ films, a print and poster campaign and enough PR stills and films to fuel the performance marketing engine for an entire year.

Posters & Print

The print and poster campaign set out to communicate the tough, epic worlds that Defender is truly at home in - all with nods to everyday life - with a twist.

Special Builds

The posters appeared in multiple configurations, including tri-sites at Holland Park roundabout and in banks of six on Cromwell Road. We also proposed large format special builds, for maximum impact.
